Yorkshire Do County Championships Double

Yorkshire's senior men's and women's teams both retained their titles over the weekend.
Yorkshire's men travelled to Cannock HC on Saturday to defend their EH Men's County Championship A Division title where they beat Susex 2-0 in the semi-final and finally won a nervy final 5-4 againt Kent.
Yorkshire's women, meanwhile, played at Wakefield HC over the weekend in the North Women's County Championships where they retained the trophy on goal difference from Lancashire
