Yorkshire Youth Hockey League Annual Meeting Yorkshire Youth Hockey League Annual Meeting Monday 2nd June : starting 7.30pm at Wakefield Hockey Club. Hi ALL, Attached info (available from Phil) to help update you on the YYHL situation and help the Annual Meeting come to some good decisions. 1. AGENDA for the Meeting with some support Notes. 2. Minutes of last years Annual Meeting. 3. Financial Report for season 13/14. 4. Club Rebates based on sessions Cancelled / Called Off during season 13/14 to apply to Entry Fees for season 14/15. 5. Team Entry for Season 14/15 … to be confirmed by or at Meeting I hope. 6. Suggested YYHL dates for season 14/15 : This to be discussed by Bob Maltby, Norman Hughes & myself before the Annual Meeting to make sure we have all issues covered. Dates may change. If you have any thoughts please let us know. 7. Yorkshire Youth Hockey Priority List (Draft 2) ….. This is also a suggested programme and up for discussion and negotiation. Changes to the above will be reflected on the Calendar. 8. Single System Dates 2014. 9. Youth Report to the Yorkshire HA AGM. Wednesday 14th May. One or two Coaches have asked to be removed from the YYHL Email Circulation Lists as they will not be involved next season…… Can I ask for Coaches who want to be removed from the Lists to confirm their Club and Age Group they are responsible for ….
