GUIDANCE TO CHANGES ON THE RULES OF HOCKEY
With effect from 1st July, a number of rule changes will come into force throughout the 11-a-side game in England at all age groups.
The new rules have already been introduced at international and national league level and have proven to help umpires with game management.
