Clubs Wishing to Enter New Teams to or Withdraw Teams from a League for the 2017-18 Season
All Clubs are reminded under League Rule 3.1a that if they wish to enter extra teams or remove existing teams from any League must notify the relevant League Secretary of their intentions by 15 April 2017
"3.1 TEAMS JOINING OR LEAVING LEAGUES
a Clubs with new teams wishing to join or teams wishing to withdraw must notify the relevant League Secretary in writing or by email by 15 April."
