YHA Clubs Meeting - Wednesday 12 June 2019
The YHA Clubs' Meeting date is Wednesday 12 June 2019 at Wakefield HC.
The main meeting will be at 19.30 but doors will be open from 18.30 to allow club representatives to arrange/confirm pre-season friendlies and rearrange any league games as per the league rules.
There will be a meeting for university based clubs at 18.45 to discuss any issues on rearrangements.
Please wear a badge or label with your name and club (or a club shirt or top and name tag), it does enable people to introduce themselves and find others more easily.
Remember attendance is compulsory and a £50 fine is levied for any club that does not attend (non-attendance fines will be added to and paid with your Club's YHA Affiliation Fees).

YORKSHIRE LEAGUE FIXTURES HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE YHA WEBSITE

I have just found out that the fixtures shown on the YHA Webiste are the 27 May (v1) ones. I have not received or known about the 3 June (v2) updated set that were issued to clubs. As soon as I receive the Version 2 updated fixtures I will add them to the YHA Webite. The Version 2 set of fixtures will overwrite the Version 1 set so any changes that have been made by clubs will need to be redone.
