Below is the link for the Zoom meeting – commencing at 7pm. I will open the link from 6.50pm to enable people to gain entry from this point to minimise a rush at 6.59!
Please may I ask that when enter the meeting, activate your video (if available) and then MUTE your microphone.
Once you are in, using the CHAT facility, please type your full name, Club or Association and Position. If the name on your screen does not match your own name, please put your screen name in brackets so I can know who everyone is. If there are two of you sharing a screen, please include both people.
If you have a question, please ask this using the CHAT facility and either I will ask on your behalf, or I will UNMUTE you so you can enter into to a discussion. Please do not get into any conversations on the Chat facility as this would be too confusing. After each Item there will be a short pause whilst any questions can be typed into Chat.
