Where post dates are for a specific date (usually in the future, but perhaps when adding historic content during migration), if the time is asked for and not know, or is not particularly useful then set the time to 01:00AM.
Midnight might seem a better option, but in some cases a`0` for the hour is not allowed. Hence, using 01:00AM is better as it is more consistent across the site.
