Matches Postponed due to Cold Weather on 14/15 January 2012
Matches Postponed Due To Cold Weather On The Weekend Of 14/15 January 2012

All Yorkshire Men's & Women's League matches postponed on Saturday 14th January 2011 have been moved en bloc to the March slip date: Saturday 31st March.
Match start times and venues have been also been moved to the new dates and clubs will need to confirm the changed date, start time and venue information with opponents.

If different then also ensure the opponents are notified and the website is amended.

It may be necessary for university based teams to play on an earlier date .

If you had already allocated fixtures to the March slip date and you now have a fixture clash (ie two fixtures for the same team on the same date) you will need to re-schedule the other fixture to another date.

If teams want to play earlier than this date you are encouraged to do so , particularly if they have nothing scheduled on the February slip date .This is  a good idea as it leaves the March slip date free for other possible bad weather postponements.

Some clubs have not yet reported their fixture from 14th January as played or postponed. Please do this as soon as possible so that fixtures can be moved to the 31st March slip date. Also failure to do this can incur a £15 fine from the league. Please note that when a fixture is not played for any reason the fact should be reported in the same way and to the same deadlines as a fixture that is played.

Chair, YHA Competitions

These will need to be rearranged. Please sure that these are played as soon as possible and notify Andy Pettigrew of the new match details to allow the website to be updated.
